The food was just sublime, I don't even know where to start from crispy pheasants egg, pork and black pudding lasagne, perfectly cooked lamb, a divine apple soufflé and the rhubarb with caramelised white chocolate, everything was incredible. Richard and his team are a very talented bunch.The service was attentive but discreet and the owners Solange and Richard are the perfect hosts. I honestly could not fault anything.
